## How we build engineers

AI is embedded at every level. Every engineer enters as a full-cycle operator,
specialization adds depth, never silos.

## Step 1: Take the assessment before you apply

We review every application alongside completed assessment results. Pick the test
that matches the role you're targeting, complete it, then submit your
